Delivery in the UKAll prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at the checkout. Postage & packing is an additional cost based on a fixed fee plus a cost for postage and packaging (including VAT) according to the weight of the item(s) to be delivered. Delivery for most items can be expected within 28 days but please note that Heritage Certificates may take up to 60 days from the date of your order to be delivered depending on the level of research required into the history of the relevant vehicle. Delivery to Non-Cardholders addressWe may permit you to send your order to an address other than the card holders. The Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for non delivery due to incorrect information being given at the time of the order. Some items sent by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop need to be signed for, and as such, you, or a nominated person must be available to sign for it. We may permit you to send your order to an address other than the card holders to facilitate this. If delivery is attempted, but no one was available to sign for it, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempts. International DeliveryYour order can be delivered to anywhere in the world. When you add items to your shopping basket you should select the appropriate postage and packaging cost for international delivery. RiskAs soon as we have delivered the goods to your door, or to a nominated person, you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. Notification of Claims due to Delivery ErrorsDamage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery. Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. Non-DeliveriesWe will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
