Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability of Goods Availability information for titles is listed for each individual product. If Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop will not charge your payment card until the date your order is despatched to you. Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop will inform you by e-mail at the e-mail address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your payment card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order. Your undertakings and warranties You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate Acknowledgement of Order When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order – please contact us immediately if you believe any of the information concerning your order is incorrect. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Our Contract For all products other than Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs, a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. That email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been despatched will not form part of our contract with you. In the respect of Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we acknowledge your order by email. That email shall represent confirmation of your order. Please note that since both Heritage Certificates and Period Tax Discs are personalised products you may not cancel your order after we have acknowledged your order. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your notification of acceptance will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your notification to us will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).

Admission Tickets All admission tickets, track runs and packages are non-refundable and have no expiry date. Admission tickets are only valid during public opening times and cannot be exchanged to another event. An advance admission ticket allows you entry but does not guarantee entry on a particular day. On extremely busy days we may have to close the gates for Health & Safety reasons. Replacement for lost or forgotten tickets CANNOT be given out on site. New tickets must be purchased at the gate and a Heritage Motor Centre receipt obtained. The onsite receipt must be sent together with proof of advance ticket purchase (order confirmation) to Events, Heritage Motor Centre, Banbury Road, Gaydon ,Warwickshire. CV35 0BJ, after the event for a 75% refund. Refunds will not be given apart from in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a 25% charge. Concession tickets are available for those who are 60yrs +. A Family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children (under the age of 16). Children aged 5 - 16 are eligible for a child ticket. Under 5's are admitted free of charge An admission ticket can be used for one day's admission to the Centre only. However, if Gift Aided a ticket becomes valid for 1 year's free entry (exclusions apply see Gift Aid conditions on till receipt). With exception of guide dogs, we regret that pets are not permitted anywhere in the museum. Pets on site must be kept on a lead at all times. "Ticket & Track Package" Rules
Special Events BMIHT reserves the right to refuse admission should visitors breach any Rules and Regulations of the BMIHT. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, theft or injury on this site under any circumstances except in the case of personal injury or death caused solely by our negligence. BMIHT reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen conditions. All tickets are non-refundable. Attendance at the show, camping/caravanning and parking is at your own risk. All visitors must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the show. Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the site from 08.00 on the day of the event, unless otherwise specified. All stands must be in place by 09.30 at the latest. The Centre and grounds are open to the public from 10.00-17.00. All stand locations are subject to a possible change in location according to weather conditions. Display location will be at the discretion of the Show Organisers and Venue operator. All Trade/Exhibitors/Clubs must complete a risk assessment before displaying/selling goods. Please do not light fires or barbeques (except in designated areas). Do not leave valuables unattended. Camping The Camping Pass issued by the Heritage Motor Centre must be shown on entry to the site by each caravan/camping unit and displayed at all times. On arrival, it is the responsibility of the camper to report to the Campsite Officer to agree pitching instructions. Caravans are welcome but electrical hook-ups are not available. Mains water, toilets and Elsan points are available. A limited number of showers will also be available for some events. The Pitch Caravans and tents must be pitched at a minimum of 7 metres apart and in a position agreed with the Campsite Officer, leaving access to the water supplies for fire fighting. No holes, pits or drainage channels to be dug on the site without the express consent of the Campsite Officer. Pitches must be kept tidy and left clean on vacating the site. Sanitation The contents of chemical toilets must be disposed of at the disposal point provided. Wastewater must be collected in a suitable receptacle and disposed of at the disposal point provided. Rubbish All rubbish must be deposited in the bin bags provided and the bags left at the refuse disposal point provided. Clubs using the campsite for a Rally must provide their own bin bags. A charge will be made to the club for litter picking, if the site is left dirty. Vehicles Vehicles must not be driven unnecessarily on the Campsite and all drivers must hold a current driving licence. Learner and unlicensed drivers are not permitted to drive on the site. A speed limit of 5 M.P.H. is applicable to ALL vehicles on the Campsite. Mechanically powered, passenger carrying model, toy or miniature vehicles are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite. Motorised scooters, skateboards and mopeds are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite.
