The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket.
Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below and by using this site you are acknowledging your consent to them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must stop using this website immediately. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
This Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop website is currently only available in English.
Any reference in this site to speed or performance should not be taken as an encouragement to drive either dangerously or at speeds in excess of national limits.

All services provided to you by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop are subject to these terms. Any previous written or verbal representations or agreements given or made by Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop or any representatives of Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop are hereby excluded unless made fraudulently.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been acquired from suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual user.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your payment card account in the value of the incorrect price (including any applicable delivery charges).
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted on despatch and Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
If the price of goods ordered changes prior to dispatch then we will send you an e-mail and you may, in those circumstances, cancel your order prior to despatch of the goods.
All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate. Postage & packing is an additional cost based on a fixed fee plus a cost according to the weight of the item(s) to be delivered.
Availability of Goods
Availability information for titles is listed for each individual product. If Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop will not charge your payment card until the date your order is despatched to you. Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop will inform you by e-mail at the e-mail address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your payment card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order – please contact us immediately if you believe any of the information concerning your order is incorrect. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please contact us via the contact details above if your order is unsuccessful and you would like to re-order.
Our Contract
For all products other than Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs, a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. That email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been despatched will not form part of our contract with you.
In the respect of Heritage Certificates, Dating Letters and Period Tax Discs a legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we acknowledge your order by email. That email shall represent confirmation of your order. Please note that since both Heritage Certificates and Period Tax Discs are personalised products you may not cancel your order after we have acknowledged your order.
In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your notification of acceptance will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your notification to us will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
Safe Shopping - secure guarantee
The Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use advanced Internet security systems to safeguard your data. In addition, Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop is protected by a SSL Certificate ensuring all data you send through, including your credit/debit card number, name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is securely transmitted over the internet
Force majeure
Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
Trademarks
The Heritage Motor Centre logos are the property of the BMIHC. All names, images, logos identifying car marques are used with the owner's permission. All third party brand, product, service and company names contained on this site are the trademarks, service marks and trade names of their respective holders. We do not give any permission for their use by any person other than the holders. Any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
Jurisdiction
All Terms & Conditions on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any of these Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms are intended to be effective, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause. All other Terms shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop's liability for death or personal injury as a result of Heritage Motor Centre Online Gift Shop's negligence.
Admission Tickets
All admission tickets, track runs and packages are non-refundable and have no expiry date. Admission tickets are only valid during public opening times and cannot be exchanged to another event. An advance admission ticket allows you entry but does not guarantee entry on a particular day. On extremely busy days we may have to close the gates for Health & Safety reasons.
Replacement for lost or forgotten tickets CANNOT be given out on site. New tickets must be purchased at the gate and a Heritage Motor Centre receipt obtained. The onsite receipt must be sent together with proof of advance ticket purchase (order confirmation) to Events, Heritage Motor Centre, Banbury Road, Gaydon ,Warwickshire. CV35 0BJ, after the event for a 75% refund. Refunds will not be given apart from in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a 25% charge.
Concession tickets are available for those who are 60yrs +. A Family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children (under the age of 16). Children aged 5 - 16 are eligible for a child ticket. Under 5's are admitted free of charge
An admission ticket can be used for one day's admission to the Centre only. However, if Gift Aided a ticket becomes valid for 1 year's free entry (exclusions apply see Gift Aid conditions on till receipt).
With exception of guide dogs, we regret that pets are not permitted anywhere in the museum. Pets on site must be kept on a lead at all times.
"Ticket & Track Package" Rules
- MAXIMUM 70MPH ONLY
- Only one driver and one passenger per car
- All passengers must be 16 or over
- Cars must be road silenced
- NO PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED ON THE TRACK
- The drivers briefing must be attended and a pass collected for track access
- NO over taking of the Pace Car
- TRACK CONTROL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THE RUN AT ANY TIME
Special Events
BMIHT reserves the right to refuse admission should visitors breach any Rules and Regulations of the BMIHT.
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, theft or injury on this site under any circumstances except in the case of personal injury or death caused solely by our negligence.
BMIHT reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen conditions.
All tickets are non-refundable.
Attendance at the show, camping/caravanning and parking is at your own risk. All visitors must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the show.
Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the site from 08.00 on the day of the event, unless otherwise specified. All stands must be in place by 09.30 at the latest. The Centre and grounds are open to the public from 10.00-17.00.
All stand locations are subject to a possible change in location according to weather conditions. Display location will be at the discretion of the Show Organisers and Venue operator.
All Trade/Exhibitors/Clubs must complete a risk assessment before displaying/selling goods.
Please do not light fires or barbeques (except in designated areas).
Do not leave valuables unattended.
Camping
The Camping Pass issued by the Heritage Motor Centre must be shown on entry to the site by each caravan/camping unit and displayed at all times. On arrival, it is the responsibility of the camper to report to the Campsite Officer to agree pitching instructions. Caravans are welcome but electrical hook-ups are not available. Mains water, toilets and Elsan points are available. A limited number of showers will also be available for some events.
The Pitch
Caravans and tents must be pitched at a minimum of 7 metres apart and in a position agreed with the Campsite Officer, leaving access to the water supplies for fire fighting.
No holes, pits or drainage channels to be dug on the site without the express consent of the Campsite Officer.
Pitches must be kept tidy and left clean on vacating the site.
Sanitation
The contents of chemical toilets must be disposed of at the disposal point provided.
Wastewater must be collected in a suitable receptacle and disposed of at the disposal point provided.
Rubbish
All rubbish must be deposited in the bin bags provided and the bags left at the refuse disposal point provided.
Clubs using the campsite for a Rally must provide their own bin bags.
A charge will be made to the club for litter picking, if the site is left dirty.
Vehicles
Vehicles must not be driven unnecessarily on the Campsite and all drivers must hold a current driving licence. Learner and unlicensed drivers are not permitted to drive on the site. A speed limit of 5 M.P.H. is applicable to ALL vehicles on the Campsite.
Mechanically powered, passenger carrying model, toy or miniature vehicles are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite.
Motorised scooters, skateboards and mopeds are not permitted to be driven on the Campsite.
